The Certified Occupational Rehabilitation Center, with its adjacent drive-thru entrance canopy, established an ambulatory center in an existing hospital campus. Linkage to the main hospital is achieved with a connection from the back sides of both the existing hospital and the new ambulatory facilities. The facility includes: gymnasium, hydrotherapy, exercise/treatment, work hardening, counseling, and clinic spaces.

The time-frame for the project was very limited and, with our programming, design and budget process, the construction began within four months of the Owner’s authorization to proceed.
