This outpatient surgical center was completed by a CM / GC contract. The project includes four operating rooms, two procedure rooms, four short day beds, pre-operative and post-operative patient bays, and all necessary ASC support spaces. MRI imaging, cath lab imaging and laboratory services are also housed in the facility accessed from a separate imaging entrance to the facility.

The structure was designed to accommodate the growth and studies have been completed to add approximately 1,800 s.f. for a Lithotripter and support space.
