NJRA Architects, Inc. has completed numerous projects at St. Mark’s Hospital. These include master planning studies, remodels and additions, tenant finishes, various code requirement modifications, and the free standing parking garage.

Cafeteria
In the cafeteria, the project added serving equipment and built in cabinetry opposite the existing serving area (which was not changed). There were some beverage cases and carts with salads and other foods; these were eliminated and replaced with new equipment and casework with a better customer flow in the serving area.

Campus Master Plan Study
The proposed project included the construction of a 22,500 square-foot first floor emergency department addition, a second floor ambulatory staging addition with 16,400 square feet and 6,300 square feet of additional shell space. The specific uses in the new shell space had not yet been programmed. The expanded uses would be located immediately east of the main entry on the north side of the hospital.

Massage Clinic
The Massage Clinic is within the Women’s center at St. Mark’s Hospital. NJRA selected materials and colors for floor coverings, bases, paint, wall fabric, casework and ceilings and designed a efficient floor plan to meet the clients needs.

Gynecology & Oncology Clinic
NJRA is renovating and expanding this existing clinic. A large welcoming reception area, one more exam room, two more procedure rooms, a lab, plenty of restrooms, a billing area, and lots of doctor offices add to the efficiency of this office.
